How does the right of withdrawal work?

When you buy a car and choose to have it delivered to your home, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal against a return cost. If you pick up your car at one of our facilities after the auction has ended or you have bought the car for a fixed price, there is no right of withdrawal on the purchase. However, regardless of whether you buy the car at auction or at a fixed price, you always have the right to make a complaint if something turns out to be wrong after purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.

Contact our customer service center in case of the right of withdrawal.
