How do I book an appointment for pick-up?

If you win an auction or buy a vehicle for a set price, we'll send you an email with a payment link. You have to pay within 24 hours. After we get your payment, we'll get in touch to schedule a time for the pickup of the vehicle and at the same time provide address details for the pickup. For ¨heavy machinery, trucks and recreational vehicles, pickup must take place no later than five (5) working days for Swedish customers and ten (10) working days for customers registered outside of Sweden, from the end of the auction or confirmed sale at a fixed price.
