Together with the seller and Kvdcars, you as the buyer need to handle any defects or withdrawals before the vehicle leaves the pickup location – either at the seller's place or at a Kvdcars facility. Kvdcars' complaints department assists in processing the case. The buyer should immediately contact the Customer Service Center at +4610-167 30 00 to initiate the case.
