All heavy machinery and vehicles sold on kvdcars.com base their vehicle descriptions on information from the seller and what emerges when Kvdcars makes a visual documentation of the vehicle. No technical inspection of the vehicle has been carried out. Always see pictures and video for condition assessment. There may be other errors in the vehicle's condition and functional description than what is described on kvdcars.com.

The vehicle may have company names/logos hidden on images in the ad. Logos and similar decals will then remain on sale. The buyer is responsible for any translation.

It is of the utmost importance that the purchasing customer himself always takes care of a complete check of the vehicle's condition and function when picking up the vehicle. All errors or deficiencies that differ from the vehicle description must be reported to Kvdcars immediately, before the vehicle is transported from the site. The buyer, the seller and Kvdcars need to deal with any errors or dropouts before the vehicle leaves the seller or Kvdcars' facilities. If the buyer does not check the vehicle on site but by having the forwarder transport it directly from the location, he is responsible for the fact that the forwarder checked the vehicle. This applies if the buyer arranges transport himself or through Kvdcars.

If the buyer leaves the pick-up location with the vehicle, we consider it an acceptance of the vehicle's condition. Remarks, appeals or complaints that occur after the vehicle has been transported from the point of sale are not accepted by Kvdcars when purchasing from traders.

Vehicles may be used until completed sale and delivery to buyer. Meter setting, hours of use and condition may therefore differ upon delivery from the vehicle's description on kvdcars.com.

Kvdcars always acts as an intermediary for the selling party in every sale. Kvdcars does not provide any guarantees on mediated vehicles. In exceptional cases, guarantees can be provided by the client or the manufacturer. In that case, this appears in the vehicle description.

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange loading, transport and any transport permit required for collection of the vehicles advertised on kvdcars.com.
