The drivetrain should work but requires ongoing maintenance and replacement of components. The drivetrain is noisier than on a car that has driven a shorter distance. The meter housing has been replaced, shows 18844 miles now, but has probably been driven about 28,000 miles. Documentation of meter replacement is available.
