Engine should not be started, risk of breakdown/may have broken down. Drive belt including pulley missing, included loose in the cabinet. Oil leak. Cam belt cover and engine cover removed and included loose in the cabinet. The car is without power, does not get power with booster
The drivetrain should work but requires ongoing maintenance and replacement of components. The drivetrain is noisier than on a car that has driven a shorter distance. Traces of oil in the engine compartment are very common and oil consumption is higher than when the car was new. The range on electricity is limited.
