What do we notice in the Kvd test?
Our vehicle technicians have tested the trailer on more than 170 points and noted both approved points and eventual remarks. This gives you a good and fair picture of the trailer.
Since the the trailer has had a previous owner, some signs of use may be present, which we consider normal wear based on the car’s age and mileage. This is not indicated in the test results, but is a natural part of a used car.

The drivetrain should work but requires ongoing maintenance and replacement of components. The drivetrain is noisier than on a car that has driven a shorter distance. Traces of oil in the engine compartment are very common and oil consumption is higher than when the car was new. The range on electricity is limited.

Brakes are wearing parts and should be replaced when necessary. Surface rust may occur on the brake discs and is considered normal, without affecting braking performance.

The ignition fuse is out of order on a burner on the stove, the flame goes out when the knob is released. Noise/bearing noise from the kitchen hood. Subwoofer not installed professionally, it works at low/normal volume, but switches off or cannot cope with higher volumes. The door lock on the refrigerator door is out of order, does not lock. The freezer compartment's locking mechanism does not open when you press the button, but you have to pry the door open to get it. The extra rearview mirror that was included has cracked glass. The power cable is not included

Several stone chips in the front are common, as is a worn windshield. There is often minor damage around the car such as scratches, paint damage, and small dents. Minor rust is common, especially on older cars.

Only one original spacer plate/bottom plate is included under the cushions, the rest are home-made solutions and some parts are missing completely. Retrofitted wooden battens for cushioning/fixing cushions, batten on one seat has come loose and may need to be reattached. The locking mechanism for the mosquito net in the sleeping area does not latch and there is minor damage to the mosquito net. The locking plunger catches the strike plate on the toilet door and needs to be adjusted. The cupboard door in the kitchen area catches the frame and needs to be adjusted. The guide rail in the front living area was not installed professionally. The mattress is glued/mounted to the slatted base, for example with double-sided tape and cannot be removed. The original table is missing and has been replaced with an unadapted household table - the seating group cannot therefore be made into a bed. The blackout curtain in the front living area has jumped out of the guide rail and is hanging loose. The mosquito net in the front living area is damaged. Jet from kitchen faucet malfunctioning
Several scratches on the steps and bottom edge of the door insides as well as marks on the steering wheel, gear lever, knobs and instruments are common. The seats and textiles show clear wear and have some stains, also on the headliner. The luggage compartment often shows clear traces of use.

Tires are a wearing part and need to be replaced when they are old, when the tread depth is not sufficient or if the tires have obvious damage. The tread depth is indicated in millimeters. Scuff marks or scratches on the rims are also present.
