This vehicle is sold only to registered business customers. If you are a sole proprietor, you must also register as a business customer. If you do not already have a business account, you can easily create one here.

All heavy vehicles and machinery sold on kvd.se base their vehicle descriptions on information from the seller and what emerges when Kvdbil makes a visual documentation of the vehicle. No technical inspection of the vehicle has been carried out. Always see pictures and film for condition assessment. There may be other errors in the vehicle's condition and function description than what is described on kvd.se.

The vehicle may have company names/logos hidden in the images in the ad. Logos and similar decals will then remain on sale. The buyer is responsible for any removal of the text.

It is of utmost importance that the purchasing customer always arranges for a complete check of the vehicle's condition and function when picking up the vehicle. Any faults or deficiencies that differ from the vehicle description must be reported to Kvdbil immediately, before the vehicle is transported from the location. The buyer, seller and Kvdbil need to handle any faults or defects before the vehicle leaves the seller's or Kvdbil 's facilities. If the buyer does not check the vehicle on site but has it transported directly from the location by a freight forwarder, he is responsible for the freight forwarder checking the vehicle. This applies whether the buyer himself or through Kvdbil arranges for transport.

If the buyer leaves the pickup location with the vehicle, we consider this as acceptance of the vehicle's condition. Remarks, appeals or complaints that occur after the vehicle has been transported from the sales location are not accepted by Kvdbil when purchasing from a business.

The vehicle may be used until the sale is completed and delivered to the buyer. The odometer reading, hours of use and condition may therefore differ upon delivery from the vehicle description on kvd.se.

Kvdbil always acts as an intermediary for the selling party in every sale. Kvdbil does not provide any guarantees on vehicles mediated. In exceptional cases, guarantees may be provided by the client or the manufacturer. In such cases, this is stated in the vehicle description.

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange loading, transport and any transport permits required for collection of the vehicle advertised on kvd.se.
