From salty evening baths in Falkenberg to a small Italian restaurant you just can't miss if you pass by the summer town of Sölvesborg. Yes, when we lent Kajsa Svensson a car and at the same time challenged her to show off the very best that Sweden has to offer, then we got a tip called dogu.

We challenged Kajsa to find donut places to visit by car this summer

Sölvesborg

On the east coast, and more precisely in Blekinge, there is the small town that Kajsa herself calls home. That's why you can trust that these tips are proven and quality assured to the max.

• Discover the beach in Hällevik and eat shrimp on Dagmar's Hamnkrog

• Waiting for a rainy summer day? No problem! Take the opportunity to visit the lovely and family-owned clothing store Checkmate in the city.

• Walk across the bridge and have a picnic on Kaninholmen. Curious: With its 756 metres, it is Europe's longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge.

• Eat waffles on Café Art and go on flea market in Hosaby.

• End the day with dinner at the town's Italian restaurant Salvatore's.

Varberg

Along the west coast you will find the small health resort which is also known for its windsurfing. A particularly beloved part of the city during the summer months is the long, beautiful beach at Apelviken.

2. Pack with a basket. Pack the picnic basket with you - with your favorite cloth, your favorite coffee cups and a thermos. In this way, you can take a cozy dream coffee anywhere.
