Tested
“Here we have a Volvo V50 with an automatic transmission that makes every trip smooth and relaxed. Four-wheel drive provides good grip all year round while full leather interior gives a cosy, slightly more luxurious feeling. Blind spot warning, keyless start system and electric seat with memory function for the driver make everyday driving both easier and more comfortable, and the tow bar offers extra flexibility when you need to load more.”
The Tested range is a wide selection of used cars which, depending on their age and mileage, may require some maintenance and servicing, as well as possible repairs. However, each vehicle is unique with its own history, so it is important to read the description and any comments in our test to understand its condition.
What do we notice in the Kvd test?
Our vehicle technicians have tested the car on more than 170 points and noted both approved points and eventual remarks. This gives you a good and fair picture of the car.
Since the the car has had a previous owner, some signs of use may be present, which we consider normal wear based on the car’s age and mileage. This is not indicated in the test results, but is a natural part of a used car.

Traces of oil in the engine compartment are very common and oil consumption is higher than when the car was new. The range on electricity is limited.
