Starting 4th December at 14,00, new bids can only be placed in increments of 500 SEK. Previously placed maximum bids and autobids will remain valid, so during a transition period, irregular bid amounts may still appear.

Contact our complaints department. Complaints must be made in writing and it is therefore easiest to e-mail us at reklamation@kvdbil.se.


Remember to provide us with the car’s registration number, a description of how the error manifests itself, and specify whether you have pointed this out when collecting the car. We are naturally also interested in other information and circumstances that may be relevant to the case.
