How does the right to make a complaint work if I hire a transport company to pick up my vehicle?

It is you responsibility as a buyer to ensure with the carrier, picking up your vehicle from Kvdcars' facilities or the selling customer, that it is in the described condition. You need to sign a power of attorney and a delivery approval and send it to us, which means that you approve of the condition. You as the buyer are responsible for ensuring that the carrier/proxy examines the vehicle's condition at the time of pickup.
